Providing the optimal impetus.
You are unique: depending on your system but also always on your form of the day. That is why it is so important that I select and use the right tools, also depending on the situational perception I have of you. The GIF Toolbox uses methods and tools from 4 areas. These applications are adapted and used for the identification as well as analysis of your personal GIF components as well as for the optimization of these GIF components. Where appropriate, methods / tools from the different areas can be combined or, depending on the stage of development and need, used in a staggered manner.
For you personally: always the right building blocks at hand.
Together with you, I select the modules that are right for you or your team from the 4 areas.
The modular concept of the GIF Toolbox.
The GIF Toolbox uses methods and tools from 4 areas. These applications are adapted and used to identify and analyze your personal GIF components as well as to optimize these GIF components. Even with individual coaching: I see you as part of your system.
The systemic approach is also very suitable for clarifying issues in the professional environment. Of course, your entire system is also taken into account here, but the focus is on your professional environment, such as colleagues, superiors, the organization and on special situations in your everyday work (decision-making dilemmas, personal pressure, presentations, etc.). Through my 20 years as owner and manager, I understand your issues.
In team and organizational development: despite the complexity, focus on the essentials.
Be it optimizing team collaboration, preparing teams for special situations in which they are exposed to particular pressure (events, exams, competitive situations) or when confronted with changed environments as part of restructuring or mergers, in all of these situations These are systems that have lost their balance and can bring themselves back into balance through special processes or methods of the systemic approach and the resulting impulses.
Setting Outdoors | Experience: set new stimuli.
Systemic coaching is very often concerned with reinterpreting negative habits and patterns and thereby creating a positive perspective on situations, colleagues or organizations. In order to be able to recognize and learn the patterns of success, a solution process must be initiated from the "old/familiar". Here it can be very helpful to start these processes in unusual places, in special (positive) situations, because these new stimuli create an openness to deal with the coaching topic. The planning and implementation of such measures and events can be done by me.
Setting creativity: unleashing new potential.
Expressing a feeling / a sense of community is difficult for some. Through artistic approaches (e.g. image, sculpture, graffiti, video, collage) a desired feeling, a goal or even a wish can be visualized without having to search for and find words. Systemic processes can be initiated or results can be visualized via a picture or a series of pictures painted by the participant(s). For example, an image can become a positive document of a special sense of community in a change process or a team development process.
My training: fit to the point.
The transition from coaching to training is fluid. Coaching prepares the ground and creates a stable basis on which training can then build in order to get into the flow. I use individual training approaches to prepare you for special situations such as: presentations, events, contacts with the media and exams. Thanks to my training: React correctly under pressure, improvise adequately in unexpected situations, present yourself authentically and enthusiastically.
My sparring: Feedback at eye level.
As a manager, you are often in the situation where you have to make decisions and are responsible for them. This applies to decisions that affect their individual careers as well as business decisions. But which way is the right one? An exchange with a competent, unbiased interlocutor is sometimes not possible. Due to my more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager, I have mastered many ups and downs and am therefore a helpful sparring partner for discussing your topics.
